Si and SOI wafers
IDB Technologies supplies Si wafers from 1" up tp 300mm with all sizes from 2" to 200mm in stock here in the UK and available for next day delivery.
All wafers are virgin Si and our bulk buying policies ensure that we can offer virgin Si at prices very similar to reclaim products of much lower quality.
IDB Technologies also stocks some 100mm SOI wafers of commonly used device layer thicknesses. Specific requirements can usually be supplied in 3 weeks
We have no minimum ordering quantities and are happy to dicuss your exact requirements and you can pay be credit card if this is more convenient for you. IDB Technologies accepts all major credit cards.
